In 2014, my physical body began to break down. After nearly two years of trying to fix it in the more traditional ways and still not finding the relief, I needed something different. In an ultimate surrender moment, I asked the universe for guidance. Through divine alignment, both Reiki and Emotion Code were presented to me. I jumped into Reiki right away, and in only four sessions, I was already feeling better than I had in years, so I kept going. A few months later, I added the Emotion Code and felt like a whole new person within a short period. The relief I had longed for was finally here! With much gratitude, I was able to resume my daily life, returning to work full-time and tending to my and my family’s needs again.

This experience created such an impact that when I had the opportunity, I couldn’t help but learn how to do these modalities myself. It was not in my plan to work with others, as I enjoyed my career and was working for an amazing corporation. However, my soul had a different calling that was unfolding before me. It was time to take what I had learned and assist others in their healing journeys. Starting with family and friends, this side business quickly grew. Before I knew it, I was leaving my career after almost seven years and becoming an energy practitioner and teacher instead. Time has flown by since then; I feel so blessed to have these opportunities to be of service in this way and to share in the experiences of others waking up to their divine spark and stepping forward on their soul’s path.

Join me as we walk through this human experience together. For most of us, this is not our soul’s first human experience. We have spent lifetimes learning new things and having various experiences. As we move into a new age, working on and integrating our shadow sides is imperative to move blockages and release trapped emotions, creating energetic balance and flow, and making space for love and light to enter.
